Could Someone Please Help a Newbie with a MacMAME Question?

Hi everyone.

I'm pretty new to MAME emulators, and I was wondering if someone might be able to help with an issue I'm having with MacMAME. I downloaded a ROM (it's a Konami ROM I downloaded here), and I'm unable to open it in MacMAME. I've been able to open other ROMs in MacMAME without issue, however I'm unable to open this one. After unzipping this ROM, it consists of three separate .bin files, so I'm not sure if that's part of the issue.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I need some sort of special emulator to open this particular file or if it should, in theory, open just fine in MacMAME, but any advice would be appreciated.
