MegaMan X6 Skipping

Hey there, so I downloaded 2 different Megaman X6.BIN files and they all skip (sound and frames). When I start the game the FMV's play flawlessly, then when I actually start the first stage, the game skips whenever I perform an action such as jumping, shooting, and walking. My computer specs are:

I've tried messing with all the configurations but no luck, anyone know what I can do? Or will I be unable to get this game running properly?
