ePSXe 1.7.0 troubles
Hi guys, I use ePSXe and in the main I am really happy with it. But some games have no music if I use the standard epsxe plugins. Some guys told me I should try these games with the mooby2 and the eternal spu 1.50 plugin. I try it and the most of my music trouble games run fine now. Only with some of the games I have still troubles. If I start these games via Run CDROM I become an error message: track number out of bounds on line: 161 in file: C:\projects\cdrmooby2\CDinterface.hpp if I klick on the OK button a new runtime error message follows: microsoft visual c++ runtime library programm: D:\sony playstation\epsxe.v.1.7.0.exe abnormal program termination I have read in some threads that these can be connected with the gpu plugin, but I try something with some different gpu plugins but noting works. I really hope someone can help me with these strange problem. |

Hi, thx for your answer. Problem is, all my files are single-track images (converted with isobuster) and my daemon tools lite will not mount them. Also, I tried it for example with MDK. A friend of mine send me his image (so both of us use the same image) and for him it works with the same plugins, but I become these error messages. So I think there must be going something wrong in my case.

Then there's probably a problem with how you made the images. Try Alcohol 52% to make images (try the CloneCD format) and mount them too, free stuff. But for testing purposes, just try with the real drive directly with the SaPu sound plugin and PEOPS. Also Shark fixes some CCDA stuff too, so check it out. |

Ok guys, I figured out what the problem is. I renamed the ePSXe.exe in ePSXE.v.1.7.0.exe because I use both versions of ePSXe (1.6.0 and 1.7.0) because some games only run with the older version. I think really this few of the games make problems to the mooby2 plugin if the exe is renamed, all other games dont make any trouble.
