zlib1.dll is missing, won't fix on reinstall

I installed ePSXe on my Flash drive, but when I try to load it, it tells me that zlib1.dll is missing, and to try reinstalling it, but that didn't work.
What should I do to fix this?

You should've checked the sticky: http://forums.ngemu.com/showthread.php?t=106182
And added that file to your flashdrive.
