R-Type Delta Black Screen

64MBGF2 MX400
512 PC2100 DDR
2K
ePSXe 1.6.0

I get a black screen everytime I beat a level, anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it

Pete's OpenGL plugin is what I'm using.

Post your configs, as n_w said. Anyway, try raising offscreen drawing.
