Umm... Folks, little proble here: File Sharing Violation error.

I´m running on Windows 2000 and it has been acting real a$$hole lately. I cant remove or rename files! It just gives me that darn file sharing violation error box. :cuss2:
It doesnt appear on all files, but mostly it appear on media files and such. I'm 90% sure i dont have viruses or adware crap. I have been using computers all my life and i have never encountered a bug like this.
