No joy with Driver 2 ISO

I can't get Driver 2 to start off my ISO image, I used EasyCDCreator v4.02e to create the image. I have used it to create an image of Sheep dog n Wolf, and that worked.

The problem is, when you start the game, the bios plays, but then it freezes. The game plays fine off the actual CD, so I know my video & sound settings are fine... or are they?

Is it my burning software or what?

Thanks in advance.

Info:
WinMe
PIII 868
128 MB RAM
Onboard video & sound

Video: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.61, everything is "off" except:
1024x768 Res
Fullscreen mode
Smart texture garbage collection
Use FPS limit
Use Fram skipping
Auto-detect FPS...

Off-Screen drawing: 3

Sound: ePSXe SPU core 1.5.0, all off, except:
Enable Sound
Enable XA sound
Enable XA read

CD ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.1, all off except:
Enable accurate cdrom timing
Enable subchannel support
Drive letter D:

Country -> Autodetect
Bios -> SCPH1000.BIN (I've tried it with SCPH7502.BIN)
