xbox 360 controller issue

most of what i have seen was problems getting the xbox 360 controller to work with epsxe i had no problem with that at all i have black screen problems psxeven works beautifully for everything but cant get the controller to work i put the nrage plugin as well as the input driver for it but what i cant seem to do is get it to map buttons to the controller i click and hit the key but nothing like tis not there at all ... i downloaded new drivers for the controller also ... no luck ... any idea what i might be missing ?

I haven't tested psxeven, but if it does support input plugins try with Pokopom with the default Microsoft drivers on the X360 controller. It should work by default without having to do anything else but choosing the plugin.

have you tried pushing the xboxguide button sometimes it doesnt turn on by itself you could also try xpadder
