No pics of mine as its impossible to get it to take a picture of itself.
For a point and shoot for someone who isn't overly concerned with image perfection in every shot, I've been happy with my Powershot A590 IS. Of course, I paid ~$100 for it years back, and got a free case pouch and 4GB card with it during a deal at Newegg (which is good because the 32MB card wouldn't have cut it). The only bad thing is replacing the batteries, and I don't use it enough to replace it, but use it enough to where it seems to present itself as an issue at bad times (like when wanting to take pictures hiking).

Exactly, only thing I am concerned about is having a camera that takes photo's that don't look like they were taken with a potato.

This gift from my mum was a godsend. It had no SD card with it, but I picked up a 16GB card for $10 when I got the new case.

You got a 16GB card for cheap locally? All my local big box stores want 3 or 4 times as much as they go online for. I can understand them being a little more expensive locally, but flying spaghetti monster damn!

My PC store (Umart) is about 20kms away from where I live and is awesome mate, it's very rare that I don't find there prices to be the best in Australia.

Here is the card I got.

You get a cheaper price if you order online and being 20-30 minutes away they have my order processed by the time I arrive every-time.
Then I just pay cash when I pick up my order.

I love having such a great PC store so close to me, it's SUPER convenient and makes upgrades cheap and FAST as I don't need to be concerned with delivery.

Huh. I don't buy a lot of computer stuff anymore, but still I do wish I had a local newegg store.

Umart sounds like a knockoff of Kmart.

It is essentially like having a Newegg store locally, hence why its so awesome for me.

I have also noticed the similarity of the names. It certainly does sound like a Kmart or Walmart ripoff!

All they need is a guy at the door that says "Welcome to Umart, get your **** and get out!"

Well the whole (x)Mart thing has been entirely overplayed. I can think of dozens of stores that are something-mart.

Oh crap, just got an idea! Xmart - the box box, department adult store. With all the weird things people are into, there would be at least enough for 20 or 30 departments.

............Quick google reveals it actually exists.

Could be class differences.

Well that would certainly explain why they were cheaper.

Not really, every other store in the area is at least 3 times the price for the same class 4 card/s.

The cheap price has all to do with the fact that Umart is a paradise for locals.

So much for shoes with air-pockets haha, these just plain have holes in them.

My "Nike airs" are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned!
I want another like my last pair, they were a pair of Adidas made for Olympic walking.
Incredibly comfortable when walking long distances.
