Can't upload attachments anymore?

What happened to the Manage Attachments button when you reply to a topic or create a thread?

It was really nice being able to just upload things directly to the forum, especially in my PS3 <-> PC conversion topic.

There was a button into Additional Options but it's gone now

Its unavailable here too. Your existing attachments can apparently still be managed from the userCP (viewing and deleting).

My guess would be that uploads were temporarilly frozen for clustering attachments to a separate server or storage.

I was trying a few times to upload things recently when i browse with my phone but didnt see the option like i used to a while back. I thought that feature was unavailable on phones or something. I guess its for everyone now. :/

Uploading seems to work here. Clearing the browser cache cold solve that if its on your end.

Seems to be working here too.

E: Guess not, since it doesn't show.
I can use the button "manage attachments", choose a file and upload it, then it appears in the window as it should.

Second edit: Now it does, did the process all over again.
Weird.

Weird. Doing a ctrl + f5 fixed it. Buggy browsers suck.
