drkpvr_win32.dll plugin help

I recently had to flush my computer and reinstall everything, tried NullDC and I'm getting the error message concerning loading drkpvr video plugin "unable to load drkPvr_Win32.dll, error level= -140". The emulator was working fine before, thanks to Hookonsonic2, I have the same stuff installed and the same configurations, all is up to date, and most other threads suggest reinstalling NullDC (tried) and reinstalling drkpvr_win32.dll. Anyone know where I can find a [legitimate] link that hasn't been removed?

Vista / Dell Inspiron / Intel Duo Core / nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace 2011

Did you make sure to install the required DirectX and C++ runtimes? If not, you can find links to those from the nullDC main page here: http://code.google.com/p/nulldc/

If that doesn't work, then did you remember the BIOS files?

I got those and I saved my Bios files from before on my flash drive. Do I have to reload the Bios too?

Tried that, getting the same error. What could be missing. . .

Wait that actually worked. I'm back in NullDC but now there's a problem with maple its not reading my controls.

Switched to Purupuru and everything's back to normal again. I got everything important back on my computer again. Thanks a million Hookonsonic2!
