On the Hunt for the Rare and Elusive naomi_bios.bin!

Title is pretty self-explanatory. Been tearing out my hair trying to find this one stupid file, and every search has either brought me to a dead link or a website filled with spyware and adware. I really hate doing something like this, but could someone help me find this one file? I've got everything else I need. And I just wanna play CvS2 on my PC-friendly stick.
