Off the Record is a spinoff the Dead Rising 2 story, where we play as Frank West, survivor from Willamette mall and main guy from the excellent Dead Rising on the 360. This game is essentially the same game as DR2, with different move sets and tweaked cinematics to focus on Frank's story as opposed to Chucks. If you've played the first game, this one will come across as a mod more or less, but it's still really fun.
Use can also use Frank's camera to get PP like in DR, which aside from attacks is the only real major difference in gameplay. I've really enjoyed the DR series, and for a spinoff it's not too bad, just not enough if you don't want to do everything again. There is a survival mode as an extra bonus, something that was sorely missed from DR2, and probably the mode that will get the most love in the long run.
Graphically it's the same as DR2, it doesn't come off as well as Dead Rising somehow, or at least I don't feel it does, and it's not the best looking game on the market, but it serves it's purpose. Textures at times are really low res and some geometry is pretty simple, can't be too hardcore with all those zombies running about.
These settings were taken with all settings on high, and with 2x MSAA, what's really odd is you have to start the game before you have the opportunity to play with settings, no options from the main menu which is a little odd.
