Is my computer powerful enough to run SSBB and Mario Kart Wii at playable frame rate of full speed?

My PC:
Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge(Dual Core.2.5 ghz.Turbo boost to 3.1 ghz)
Intel HD Graphics 4000
4 gb RAM

You're not going to be able to do much gaming at all with that IGP. Buy a GPU and you should be golden.

Unfortunately I can't do that because I have a macbook pro (Apple dosen't really allow you to user upgrade your computer)If I lower the game to native resolution,EFB Scale to 1x etc will I be able to play SSBB and Mario Kart Wii at a playable frame rate?I heard that the intel 4000 was on par with some low end dedicated GPU'S.

Why dont you just try it? The CPU is good enough, i believe it's mostly CPU intensive....
