Repairs are going good.
Fixed the roof and started painting.
I heard it'll take a while for the smell to leave the house.

Good thing I have credit in a local shop, I'll have to get kitchen cabinets, stove, fridge, blender and microwave from them.

Ordered a wireless router from Ebay. Mine is on the first pic.

@blue I think blue sounds better than shogun. Shogun sounds a bit childish and lame.
So give ME a break on this one.

You mean the burnt smell or the paint smell?

Ugh...I hate paint smell...always gives me a headache (still better than tar though).

Burnt smell.
Yeah we leave it open most of the time.
We have iron bars on the windows.

You could try those air freshener thingies, and I mean the things you just place somewhere and they spread some "nice" smell for a few weeks/months... My place smelled like tobacco when I moved in and it really helped.
