gta vice city stories blurring effect

Hi I have a problem with the emulator pcsx2 while playing gta vice city stories, we see the blurring effect, the game is fluid, however, remains the problem of blurring how can I fix this?
My pc configuration
Intel Core i7 2600k 4,2 GHZ
Nvidia 580 1,5
Hardisk 2 TB
16 Ram

Turn it off in the ingame options.

Press the pause/menu button and turn off the blur option.
It may be named as blur/blur filter/filter. It's definitely in the menu in one of the tabs and can be turned off.

Edit: it seems to be named 'trails'
