pSX1.13 FF9 PAL

hy guys,i bought the FF9 PAL german v. about 5-6 years ago,and i played it last year over the CD with psx1.13 normaly ,but now i cant make it work,i get black screen always,and i made an iso. , bin. , mds/mdf. ...i tried the ppf patch but got the protection screen,can anybody help me,the only thing thats is different is that I am now on the laptop and before i was on my PC.

What BIOS version are you using? Does the Sony Logo/BIOS screen show up? Does anything else run?
