Why does ePSXe show only a black screen when starting a game?

I have tried all the advice out there to configure it the right way but nothing works. This is the game I downloaded: *removed* And these are my computer's specifications:http://www.4shared.com/document/S7Zxm71C/Report.html

Can someone please configure a version of ePSXe for me and give me the configured version of the app?
