Is Jak and Dexter or Ratchet and Clank ever going to be emulated?

Just wondering because I really want to replay those games but my PS2 doesn't work anymore.

But you need a good PC, because software mode is required to avoid graphical glitches

My PC is fast enough to run almost every game in software mode. So which one is actually playable in software mode?
