Only half a screen in Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 27: Panzer Dragoon

exactly what the description says, it only shows the top half of the screen for some strange reason. ive tried various configurations but none have worked. its listed as working on the official compatibility list so there has to be a way to get this to work properly.

nevermind, apparently you have to play it in dx software mode, which kinda sucks.
