Post Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne bug :s

Hi there, I'm currently trying out Nocturne (a pretty awesome game, features Dante from DMC as well xD), but there's a little problem at the beggining of the game.. we're in a train station and regardless the Interlacing options I either see him on top of something that should be in front of him, kind of a depth problem, or either I see his shadow over his feet and not under (lol) (it's not a big problem but I love this game and I want to play it without any bugs and stuff) I've tried all GSD (sse2, sse3 and sse4) and ZeroGs video plugins (altough it didn't went very well), tried a fix for Persona games (and didn't do anything), I don't have speed problem, the game runs really smooth (but if you like i'll shortly post my specs: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, 64-bit, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU).. with the GSD video plugins I tried Direct3D9 and 11 (Hardware and Software-> software mode corrects this problem, but here the problem is the resolution lol, it's too native xD), tried with custom resolution and PS2 native, tried unchecking "Texture filtering" and checking "Allow 8-bit texture".. XD lol my ideas are kinda running out lol..I've seen this problem on other topics over the net, but didn't find anything useful, maybe just the ZZogl plugin but it seemed it was for linux (lol), so yeah it's been a while since 2004 when the game came out, so I was hopping maybe the problem had been solved (oh almost forgot, I'm running the latest pcsx2 version, the 0.9.8).. if you like I can also post some screens, in case you never encountered this problem, just let me know..
XD Please help me out guys!!.. Now I'm trying both Direct3D9 and 11 in custom or nativex3 resolution and changing interlacing, hoping that something good might pop out :s...
