Then check to make sure which version you have
Inside the disk/image you'll find a file with name that look like this
S***_***.**
What is the full name

Does anyone know where I could find a save file like the one above that doesn't have infinite hp and infinite gil?

You can edit your save to directly start from that place with FFXED

I actually used it to import the data from the NTSC save into the first PAL save I saw

If you have a save(your save)I can move the story location to that point and give you the save back.

Meaning,you'll have exactly what do have before editing the save but you will be at that story point
