Question Bad graphics - How to fix?

-My graphics card is Intel Core i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50Ghz.
-6GB RAM on Dell XPS 15 L502x with Windows 7 (64-bit).
-As far as system performance ratings goes, the processor scored 7.0, the graphics scored 5.4, and the gaming graphics scored 6.7, which is a lot better than my last laptop, so I should be able to run Desmume properly.

I'm currently using the 0.9.7 version , however the 0.9.8 update is also not working properly. Well, technically it is working, but it's like looking through plastic. I used the same settings that I did on my last laptop, although I've also tried changing those but it didn't do anything.
This is how it looks right now; http://i50.tinypic.com/28a3hoy.png
Changing the window size does absolutely nothing, btw.

The important Desmume settings are;
3D: OpenGL renderer with only 'enable textures' checked. Depth comparison treshold is zero.
Sound settings: Synchronous mode (synchronizer method "P")
Frame skip: "Auto-minimize skipping" checked, skip 4.
Display method: Direct DrawHW

Anyone know what might be wrong? What's wrong with my settings? :/

It looks like you've applied the Bilenear filter. Try using Nearest 2X instead.

Ah, thanks. That didn't make a difference on my old laptop, so that's why I haven't looked at it before. Now it's back to normal.
