is there any why to have a bigger screen on ds games

Under the view menu you can set the Windows Size or apply a filter or you could just maximize the DeSmuME window.

when i use size this happed in gba you have full screen that fitt the screen but not here

this is size 2x

You're applying a filter and 2x screen size which effectively makes it 4x screen size. Leave it at 1x screen size and just apply the filter to get 2x

on gba its like this there you have full screen of the game and not like nds
that is black on left and right

that's because of the different aspect ratios, there's not just one but two screen so it can't be stretched like that without completely ruining the aspect ratio....but fine if you want that then under the view menu set LCDs to one.
