Help me find the optimal Settings

I´m running PCSX reloaded on my laptop all games run but I have very choppy sound and some glitches.

My specs are

Intel Core I3
Intel Hd Graphics(don´t know exactly wich one)


I have read the guide but I don´t think my settings are optimal.
