Decrypting a save file

So, does anyone know how to do this? Here are 5 saves that I picked at random from a game, and I'd like to have a mess around with it, but I'm not sure how to decode the data. It's encrypted in some way and I'm not sure how to figure out what method to use to decode it.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Obviously no-one cares, but I got it decrypted (or should I say decompressed) in the end. It's zlib with a 12-byte header.

I don't think it's that no one cared, it's more that no one knew. I mean I didn't come across anything mentioning save could be edited when I was looking for ways to cheat in the game.

How did you find out what was the compression scheme?
I always wanted to know how to do that stuff.
You opened the files with some hex-editor?

Make two saves with slight difference (ie. money) and compare the differences.
Difference can mean either money or time stamp in most cases.
or regenerated health and stat.

Why even edit the save files? just edit your memory with memory watch if you want to cheat lol.
