Pokemon Emerald assistance please!

I could not find anything even remotely close to solving my problem anywhere so I decided to register here and ask for help. This is my dilemma:

I am currently using emulators to do a "crossover" run of Pokemon spanning all 5 regions. Yellow and Crystal versions went without a hitch but Emerald has provided me with a huge problem: BAD EGGS!

In order for my Pokemon to "cross over" from Crystal version I am required to modify at the very least their Experience total and Movesets to what they were when I finished Crystal Version. I did this when I finished Yellow Version and went to Crystal but Emerald has a sort of hack-proof thing where modifying much of a Pokemon's data conflicts with the checksum and turns it into a Bad Egg. I can modify its Level and Stats just fine but everything else is the problem... With this being said I will get straight to the point:

What I need is a way to modify a Party Pokemon's data without it turning into a Bad Egg! Does anyone perhaps know of a Gameshark code that bypasses the bad checksum created by modifying data? I would greatly appreciate this information! Thanks in advance!
