Huh ? SF III (U) works perfectly on SSF.
Either you cd or image must be flawed.

Virtua Cop (U)

SSF 0.11 Alpha R1 (Doesn't boot)
Satourne 2.0 Beta 3 (See below)
Yabause 0.9.10 (See below)

Windows XP Pro

Playability: Game is playable 100%.

Sound:
On Satourne: Music is non existant, sounds/voices lag/pop horribly.
Yabause: Music and sounds are non existant.

Speed:
Satourne: Maintained 30-50%.
Yabause: Maintained 100%

Settings - None.

Notes - Satourne had some 50/50 results on the GFX. The image itself was clearer, and the edges were smoother, but some of the textures were missing or messed up.
Yabause displays all textures properly, but doesn't look near as clear or as sharp. Also screen is displayed improperly (Shown in screenshot)
2 left screens are Satourne, the right 1 is Yabause.

Hardware
ASUS A8x Deluxe mobo w/ AMD Athlon 64 2.0Ghz (OC at 2.3)
2GB DDR
256MB ATi Radeon X1550

Weird I ripped it like 3 times... Maybe my copy is shot, i'll have to try to find another one then.

Edit -> Yeah my copy is toast. Won't even fire up in my Saturn.

Edit again -> Wait some guy makes a post thanking me for helping him with my reviews, and his post gets deleted after a day? But the mods did not delete any of the other off-topicness? Fail. Hard.

Akumajo Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku
SSF Ver0.12 beta R2
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64

Playability: Game is playable 100% with no noticeable glitches and I have played through the game several times with various past SSF versions beautifully.

Sound: Music and sounds are perfect.

Speed: Maintained 100%.

Settings - No special settings needed to play the game properly except for maybe using the Japanese BIOS dump for that extra nice feeling.

Notes - Disc was mounted with latest Daemon Tools Lite

Lunar Magic School
SSF Ver0.12 beta R2
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64

Playability: Game is playable 100% with no noticeable glitches. It's a great game if you have played and know the Lunar games for the PSX.

Sound: Music and sounds are perfect.

Speed: Maintained 100%.

Settings - No special settings needed to play the game properly except for maybe using the Japanese BIOS dump for that extra nice feeling.

Notes - Disc was mounted with latest Daemon Tools Lite

First I want to say that Satourne is probably the worst emulator I have ever seen (No offense sorry) and that SSF will work 100% with most games.

Sonic R (USA)
Reported by FicticiousAnimation

Emu: SSF_012_beta_R3
Settings: EZ Settings on Standard Compatibility
Status: Works 100% with no glitches.
Notes: If it lags, it's because of your graphics card. Running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Sonic Jam (USA)
Reported by FicticiousAnimation

Emu: SSF_012_beta_R3
Settings: EZ Settings Standard Compatibility
Status: Works 100% with minor lag.
Notes: Video quality may be low when playing the Sonic 1, 2, and 3 Genesis on the game. Running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

PM me and ask me to try a game on SSF and I will do it and return a report exactly like the two shown above.

My specs are on my profile page but here they are again! ^^

HP Pavilion p2-0133w, AMD Radeon HD 6310 graphics card, AMD E-300 APU Processor @ 1.30GHZ, 3GB DDR3 RAM (if not mistaken), Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit, DirectX9 and 11, Visual C++ 2005, 2008, and 2010 redistributable packages, .NET Framework 4, K-Lite Codec Pack 7.0.0 Standard, and Java 6 (updates often)

It might be possible, but unless the Android can handle 5 times the power a Saturn can pump out than there's no way.

I would say that it is impossible, but I have heard that some cell phones can run PS1 emulations.
