Any news from Dr. Hell?

He hasn't released a new version of Xebra for almost six months. Does anyone know if the project is still alive? I really hope 110425 won't be the final release as it still doessn't emulate the force feedback.

There doesn't seem to be much Hell activity on his own forum either, so no idea.

I came in contact with XEBRA just a couple of days ago and it was the greatest PSX emulation experience I have ever been in contact with. It felt almost exactly like the real deal.
All my past ePSXe troubles was finally blown away.

As a regular user of SSF and Ootake, XEBRA's UI ain't that bad as some think it is.
I kinda wish I would have came in contact with this sooner.

After viewing Dr. Hells official forum and the topics here I get this feeling the project is dead which I sincerely hope not.

But even if it is and the 110425 version is the last, it plays my PSX collection beautifully and perfect.

But I'll wait patiently for any news.

They are implemented man. Look in the menus for the shortcut keys for them.

Is there a way to fix the snow in MGS? The snow is rendered as purple is xebra, when they are suppose to be white.

I was under the understanding XEBRA emulated the PSX games virtually flawlessly. If there was a problem like that, I would've thought someone would've mentioned it by now, seeing how popular MGS is.

EDIT: Mind if I can see some screenshots?

I dont think xebra is compatible with the print screen. Just start a new game and go up the elevator.

Eh, I kinda can't. This comp I'm on is garbage and can't run XEBRA on run 1, so I'm waiting till I can get my friend over my house to solve the problems I'm having with building my new computer.

Is it a really bad problem? Do you encounter any other issues with MGS?

It is, its REAL bad. I have used all those emulator and Xebra have by far the sh!tt!est GUI i have ever encountered in an emulator.

The emulator itself is quite good but the GUI is horrendous.
