tk3o dll help

I looking online for a tekken 3 iso and i found one and then i came across tekken 3 online and it sounded cool so i downloaded that and when i was done doing everything i was confused on what to do so i deleted it with the unistall programs thing from the control panel. After that i wanted to play some final fantasy 9 so i loaded up the epsxe and when i tried to load the game a error message showed up saying "error TK3O .dll not found" or something like that. I put the netplay to disable and when i load up a game it just goes to a black screen and stays there and wont load the game up im wondering if anyone can help me please i really want to play the epsxe again please help and thank you. ^^
