This is also related to I Cache Rate setting (Run/Simulate). This CD works with value 16 or less.
Some games require it very low, e.g. Vampire Hunter D won't show menu graphics unless it's less than 10, AFAIR.
I guess it would be nice if author could make it so that this setting could be saved.

maybe a list of games that need the I Cache Rate changed would be a good idea aswell
