Megaman Legends 2 - Can't see my life
Hey everyone, Running Megaman Legends 2 through the ePsxe emulator, I can't see my life bar. I see the "tank" on the left where my life should be listed in yellow, but my life isn't actually shown. I can see my current life by pausing the game, but you can imagine how frustrating it can be to periodically have to pause the game just to see how much life I have left. Causes quite a few unexpected game overs.. A few screen grabs, from left to right... my current video settings, my life bar while the game is paused, and my life bar while playing normally (the problem). Thanks for the help! |

Indeed... that is interesting. Granted I don't know a ton about graphic types.. any "OpenGL" type plugin I tried to use had the same problem. I switched to the DX6 D3D driver and my life bar works. However, I think I'm losing quite a bit of quality not using the OpenGL2 plugin. This seems odd, cuz I looked over at another MM Legends 2 post and someone listed OpenGL as their plugin, yet their screenshot shows their life meter working properly. You think there's some tweaking I need to do outside of ePSXe to make OpenGL function properly? |
