Pokemon HeartGold stops working after every fight

I have a situation here....

As am playing Pokemon HeartGold the ideas emulator just gets stuck after every fight with a pokemon (after defeating each pokemon) Here the next frame of the game doesnt appear ..but gets stuck on the same frame. It doesnt move after every play like this?
What could be the possible reason for this. i hope to get a help in this. Thanking in advance for all possible help
