URGENT! geforce2Mx400 32Mb to geforce4mx440 64Mb, worth upgrade??

i wanna know if the new geforce 4 mx440 is really that great, coz im going to buy one
and about my specs, currently i know they suck, but im planning an upgrade in a month or so, to a athlon 1.6, 256 Mb
so, should i buy it??
ill spend not that money on in, since im gonig to sell my geforce 2, something like 50 to 90 bucks
