Hey, Does anyone know the GAMESHARK cheat code for Rare Candy? I play Pokemon Emerald ROM using VisualBoyEmulator... Thanks in Advance... |

Considering I just checked the Gameshark homepage and did not find one I guess one was just simply never made...use Codebreaker or Pro Action Replay.

I tried the code....but Instead of Rare Candy...I got this:  And I cant expect to train Torchic to lv.100 without cheats, since my save files get deleted so often!! I need to finish the game in one day..!! |

Try changing number type to signed... if not try joining the codes... if still nothing, that may be a codebreaker code put in the wrong section. If yet still nothing, then the code is invalid and doesnt work.

Somehow I got the code to work...the pokeball in the marts become rare cany, but are called pokeballs... NOW! Does anyone have cheats for Infinite Money?

Spaces are allowed, that looks like an old version of VBA though. that cheat dialogue box hasn't been used in awhile. Actually the Gameshark code box has always almost been completely useless as it can't read the codes and get's that same error even on the last official build released by forgotten (VBA 1.8.3b)...but just use the codebreaker option instead (even if they are Gameshark codes) as they have the right format.

1.8.3b IS NOT an OFFICIAL release. its a beta release. at the time, it was a buggy, broken release. Anyhow, i just proved what you said wrong as i just added the cheat mentioned without any problems. the problem here, is that he is using an extremely old version of VBA. the Signed, Unsigned and Hex functions aren't even in that position in 1.6+ anyway, the reason i proved it wrong, is that clicking the gameshark button opens the add box for CBA, in 1.8b3, so thats why its never been a problem. It has always given me the incorrect format error when trying to use Gameshark codes which were in the same Format as Codebreaker codes.

Why does it have to be Gameshark? I don't remember what I used back when I played but I am fairly certain it was Codebreaker. Anyways here is an Action Replay code, enter as Gameshark. BSFree - Codes without the Bull****
