Amd athlon64 3000+ @ 2.4Ghz
Ati radeon 9600 Pro 256Mb
1024 Mo Ram PC3200

4 fps in game
30 fps on the menu.

My config is too slow or something else ?

Sadly, that's probably your computer hardware, you need to upgrade. Now imagine, at a 2.4Ghz processor it only runs at 4FPS, so to get to 30 at least, you need a 5Ghz processor, as well as a good video card like Radeon X1800 or GeForce 7900.
