Small Priority bug in Earthworm Jim...

Hi!
Earthworm Jim 3d plays greatly on my machine except for a small bug. All of the marbles are visible whether they should be or not. I mean that they show trough stuff(walls, boxes, etc...). Also, Sometimes, the view is blocked by a wall in the automatic sequences (such as the landing of fridges ?!)..
The weird thing is that if I set my rendering device to RGB Emulation, everything is perfect but running at like 2 fps
So the trouble is obviously with my video card/drivers...
I have a Geforce 256 with Nvidia Detonator v. 21.83
And using Jabo's Direct3d7 v.1.40 video plugins..
Any help would be great!
