1964 0.7.3 patch and N-Rage plugin update!

1) 1964 0.7.3 patch has been released. Here.
What's new:
- Fixes some branch bugs and a shift bug that prevented some games from working properly in 1964 0.7.2.

2)N-Rage updated his plugin to version2 beta 1.78. Attached the file.
