How about the save part? In the games is it possible to import the old save file from the first game?

Whats the difference between the dot hack and the dot hack GU games btw? I have dot hack parts 1-4 of the first lot, and had always wondered.

Are the new ones just better gfx remakes of the old ones? Or a new series in its own right with its own storyline?

normally "Ingame" games, mean there's no workaround around them or crashing a lot, best way to figure it out is trying urself

Well for starters, it looks like the same game concept, but then with a better game-engine.

Dot Hack GU Volume 1 - Rebirth ###crashes emu after entering the warp gate.
Dot Hack GU Volume 2 - Remnisce ###haven't tested
Dot Hack GU Volume 3 - Redemption ###got to town with the bike, after that never went further in to check incompatabilities.

All the latest releases of GSDX got rid of the artifacts and glitches and are almost perfect..

Due to my experience
Yes, it is playable but in the middle of the game you'll get a vmhack message, means there is something wrong with PCSX2 bug so don't expect too much on this game

Waiting for these games to become fully playable. Beat the first one of the original .hack games and almost finished off the 2nd one before getting side tracked.
