winrar can unpack it, i know but this file is a couple of years old i think, and winrar says at the end of the decompression that there is an unexpected end of file...
you canīt repair it because its an bz file no zip or rar
but i surely know that this file is alright

i canīt explain why itīs not working anymore

The same idea then as Dashboardy.

According to myself Bz files can be opened and extracted with: WinRAR, Allume Systems Stuffit Expander, BZip. If you have Bzip 2 then it's even more easy because then: bzip2 : Home
I hope you can get something with his information.
