If you want people here to help you, add some more details ( PC specs, game version/region, PCSX2 plugins/configuration, what kind of error you encountered...). Also go to PCSX2.net and check the compatibility list... Ok I did it for you... Not playable. It can only reach menus.

I have an error: UNABLE to load bios PCSX2 can't run without that.

You need to dump the bios off a ps2 console that you own.

I fix the error with the bios but now I have another error:Error Opening GS Plugin. How can I fix this?

You need to select and configure the GFX plugin correctly. You should be using KOSMOS or KOSMOS Non SSE2 depending on what type of PC you have.

Perhaps that nifty link provided about bumping the bios was followed.
