Question Fight Night Round 3 - HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

I’m new at this forum, and I’ve been unsuccessfully trying to emulate Fight Night Round 3 for some time now.

Well, I’m on an AMD Athlon64 4000+ along with 1GB of Ram.

First of all, when I run the program it gives me a "memory allocation error", and asks to launch "pcsx2t.exe", which I follow... after that when I attempt to run the game from the DVD it loads up ok, until it gets to the "loading screen" when it freezes, while a lot of command lines continue to be processed in the back of the application!

I don’t understand much about the ps2 emulation process, so I’d you to help me. What am I doing wrong? Do I need a patch or something? I´m going nutts here!

ps. Almost forgot... my videocard is a NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT

Thank you all.

The game has the playable status, but may need to use the VM version of pcsx2 (pcsx2.exe) which requires Windows XP Pro or Home with SP2 and the 'Lock pages in memory' feature enabled.

In the future if you want to know a games status check here

Actualy emwearz the compatibility list isn't updated with everly release *and i understand why * , so with every release some games may start to work , some may not work.
Fight Night 3 dosn't work i just tried it freezes at the loading screen...
I'l try with VU/Rec 0 /1 disabled...

Thanks both of you guys!! But as far as I can tell I'm using a U version of the ROM, but I'm gonna get a new one just in case.

Anyway... I'm under 1024mb of ram here, using XP sp2 and all, so what should I do to use the VM version of the software? I mean, do I need more than 1 GB of RAM in order to run the VM version?

What's the amount of memory that you guys are running under?

First off, PS2 games don't come in ROM format. Secondly, you are obviously using a downloaded game (not knowing the region, etc...), so you will receive no support here for it. Closed.
