last time i tried using that plugin it didn't work.....but i decided to try it again today...and surprisingly, it worked! (well the game loads anyway)

however now i have another problem...and that is..the game is REALLY choppy & slow. I know i can't expect the graphics to be 100% as good as a real ps2, but is there anyway i can at least make game play not so slow?

comp specs:
Amd Athlon XP
1.39 GHz
384 MB Ram
Ati Radeon 9550 Video Card (256 mb, brand new)
Win XP Pro

i did the following config:
http://www2.filehost.to/files/2006-0...201_config.jpg

running some random star wars game my friend lent me

thxs again.

you cant expect it not to be slow either read the FAQ, there is a link at the bottom explaining why its slow.

if you want to use it a bit faster, i suggest you buy a modern machine

is there any patch and/or plugin and/or configuration i can 'do' to be able to be able to make the game at least not so slow?

my config 4 the video card:

http://www3.filehost.to/files/2006-0...59_config2.jpg

(i have tried all 3 renders: Direct3D, Software, + No render)

also, the game tends to load until the 'star wars' screen, then freezes

thxs once again

The only thing that could make it go faster is to check all recompilers, although that could make the game not work as before.Other than that,as refraction said nothing much you can do except buy a better pc.
Its normal for some games to not work, this could very well be one of them

Your graphics card is too old and has no pixel shaders.ZeroGS will not work at all. With GSdx9 your only option is to use fixed pipeline(thus bad colors).Other than that buy a new graphics card.

It wont, the game suffers from severe gfx errors and crashes,so you cant even remotely play it
