documentation? New to PSXeven but not PSX emus

I've been using eSPXe all the time for a year.

Anyone know where I can find documentation for this emu? Searched online and NOTHING. I thought ePSXe was bad by only having the manual in its directory but not the help menu. I couldn't find squat for PSXeven.

Downloaded the latest version up there.

I'd like to know if this emu has the features i desire (easy cheats, fast quick forward or delimit fps button, pause screen). Docs would really help. Also, this the latest emu and update, or is PCSX or Adiri newer?

One more time: Delimiting FPS is a feature of the GPU plugin, not the emulator. With most of Pete's GPU plugins you can do it during gameplay by holding down the 9 key.
