an irritating problem with Legend of Legaia

im using Pete's Open GL 1.74
the game runs very good,but there's just one problem...
a piece of a stupid white screen is stuck beneath
i also tried using P.E Op S 1.15,the problem doesn't show up when im using the plug-in but its just run horrable on my computer
please help me

Do you have Keep PSX Aspect Ratio enabled?
