I would help you but it seems that imageready would make the file bigger because of the gif optimisation.

BTW: I love it how minimum kb size could present very nice pictures anyway.

I reduced the color palette so it won't be as vibrant. At least it's within the limit.

EDIT*: Looks like Samor beat me to it...

yours is looking a little better though, RamsusX

Sephiroth> ..I did the same as RamsusX, reducing the color palette (using Animation Shop (the anigif editor that comes with paint shop pro))..but his version is better, IMO.

I used The GIMP to make my version. First I used the animation optimization plugin to remove all unnecessary pixels from layers (taking advantage of cumulative rendering, in this case it made little difference since only wide areas of black were removed, and those are easily compressed). Then I reduced the color palette to 16 colors with Floyd color dithering. I saved it with 100ms timings.

I honestly don't see a difference between my version and your version. That's just looking at it in the browser though.

Toriyama: Scaling down the image size... That didn't even occur to me.

Like I said, because of the gif opiminisation of imeageready the kb size got raised. Dunno why ...I'm not used to gifs or animations.
