Snatcher problem... (Sega-CD)

Well since the forums don't cover Sega-CD emulation, I suppose I will post this here. I'm playing Snatcher from an ISO, and the game runs fine, until I get into the turbocycle to go to the abandoned factory, and the game simply gets stuck in this sequence... any suggestions?

EDIT: I am using Gens BTW

Darn it... can you tell me the configuration and files you used? Maybe it's a bios problem or something...

...you could try the "misc console discussion" forum, although very few people check that forum...

I've left this excellent game unplayed for a very long time... I should definately give it one more try.

Anyway, check what Carmofin said, and you can also try enabling the "Perfect Synchro" option, under the "CPU" tab. Some people suggest increasing the KHz sound output to 44100, for better performance (funny suggestion, but you never know).
I've also heard somewhere, that if your MP3s have incorrect time length, the game may lock up...

If all else fails, try to contact either fivefeet8 (expert for all things Sega), or Samor (Snatcher expert).

...good luck

Seems the BIOS is not the problem: I am using that same file...

...you have only one file in your HD ? (for example "snatcher.iso") ...aren't there some MP3s (CD audio tracks) also ? (labeled "Snatcher 02.mp3" and so on...)

...yeah, I guess so ....Sega CD games will probably run into problems if you don't have the MP3s.... at least that's what I think !!

sometimes the iso/mp3 combo doesn't work for all games in gens, best to make a full cd-image of this game.
