Error reading CD while playing Chrono Cross

When the movie after I defeated FATE was playing, the game suddenly freezed. I pressed 'esc' and found 'error reading cd:xx,xx,xx. What's going on?:confused: (I presume that the problem lies on my CD)
I didn't have any problems playing other games.

My configure:
Pete's OpenGL Renderer.
ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2

Usually that happens when u have a scratch in ur cd i suggest to make ur cd in to an iso!!!

No, almost any CD-ROM drive can do that. You just need a good tool for dumping images. Some suggestions:

- ISOBuster
- Blindwrite
- CDRWin
