Final Fantasy Anthology - Final Fantasy V missing textures

Final Fantasy Anthology - Final Fantasy V (NTSC-US) (I've tested version 1.0 and 1.1 using Redump method 1:1 copy from the Redump site and the originals).
I have some problems using Pete Opengl v29. I've tried all the settings with this game but same results: missing textures on the intro screen when the castle appear. If I use Pete opengl 177 and Peops Soft Driver v118 the problem disappear. I don't want to use those plugins because the quality is not good like the Pete Opengl v29. So I think the problem is within the plugin or my video card.
What I can do to resolve this problem?
My specs are: Windows 7 32bit, Nvidia Geforce 9600GT 512DDR3, 2GB DDR II etc.
Another question: Pete Opengl v29 is used especially for 3D games and Peops Soft Driver v118 for 2D/2.5D games?

Thanks!

ok missing textures relate to settings in the plugins (i cant go over which settings now) or bad drivers, update drivers and direct x...

Also the opengl and direct 3d plugins are for 3d games as the games can appear at a higher resolution than the real playstation.... they can be used for 2d but somethings dont scale properly as it using the hardware of you graphics card to handle scaling and it is different to the way playstation does.

the software plugins is better for 2d games as it uses the cpu to render graphics closer to the way the playstation does and it can enhance the 2d graphics better but more importantly it renders 2d better as the playstation handles 2d graphics differently to the way pc hardware does
