Tekken 3 slow in epsxe

can you guys please help me? I've been having speed problems in tekken 3
im using epsxe 1.7.0

My config:

im not really good when it comes to specs but i know that my pc sucks
and these are my specs ( i use Speecy to see because i dont know how :P)

yeah i know my pc sucks for a gamer like me.. but with that config i use.. i get perfect speed with any games like bloody roar 2 or final fantasy 9
just tekken 3 i cant get to work properly so i really need help.
I tried running through the cdrom but still dont work.. i checked if its my cd so i tried it on my friend's old psx and worked fine..
so guys ur help will all be greatly appreciated

and yeah slow i mean like 40 to 50 fps and stuttering sounds and music
